Dr. Veronika Brejkaln, PhD – Grade 12 English Instructor
Dr. Brejkaln holds a PhD from the University of Toronto and leads our Grade 12 English courses, delivering engaging content that builds the reading, writing, and communication skills students need for post-secondary success.
Annette Jessen, MA, OCT – Grade 9 and Grade 10 French Instructor
Annette holds a Master’s degree from the University of Ottawa and is a certified teacher with the Ontario College of Teachers. She designs and teaches our Grade 9 and 10 French courses, helping students build a strong foundation in the French language through interactive, level-appropriate instruction.
Natasha Pomeroy, MEd, Bed – Grade 11 Science Instructor
Natasha earned a Master of Education from Simon Fraser University and leads our Grade 11 Science courses, with a focus on student-centered learning and real-world scientific exploration.
Cheryl Richardson, BEd, OCT – Grade 12 Math and Science Instructor
Cheryl is a certified teacher with the Ontario College of Teachers and has over 15 years of teaching experience. At Royal Ontario Academy, she leads our Grade 12 Math and Science courses, making complex topics approachable and helping students build the confidence they need to succeed.
